VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - May 10, 2010) - Gold-Ore Resources Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:GOZ) is pleased to announce that it has received conditional approval to list its shares for trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange senior board. Shares are expected to begin trading by the end of the second quarter.

Gold-Ore's Chairman & CEO, Glen Dickson, stated, "At Gold-Ore, we see our graduation to the senior board of the Toronto Stock Exchange as recognition of Gold-Ore maturing from a junior exploration company to a gold producer. We now have a well developed underground and open-pit mine at Bjorkdal that we were able to acquire and develop with minimal equity dilution and no debt. The Company is now positioned to strengthen the cash flow generated by Bjorkdal through cost cutting and grade control initiatives. At the same time we will continue to place a strong emphasis on exploring the highly prospective region around the mine and continue to evaluate other corporate opportunities."
